The opening is sharp and green. Galbanum is bitter and herbaceous, flanked by lavender and bergamot. The first minutes are openly demanding — this fragrance does not try to please immediately, and that is exactly its character.

The heart is a rich floral bouquet. Bulgarian and May rose take the lead, joined by jasmine, gardenia and freesia. Iris lends a powdery texture, and honey adds warm sweetness that rounds off the florals. The overall feel is classic, almost old-school, built from excellent-quality raw materials.

The base is what places this scent firmly among the chypres: oakmoss, patchouli, cedar and sandalwood, warmed by tonka bean and amber.
