The opening is anything but innocent: dark, juicy cherry meets precious saffron, which immediately tempers the fruit with a metallic, spicy edge instead of letting it turn syrupy sweet.
At the heart, the cherry melts into white osmanthus, a flower with a natural apricot-and-leather facet, joined by a smooth leather accord that gives the composition real depth and complexity.
