Sweet orange essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the peel of Citrus sinensis fruit. The scent is exactly what you know from peeling a ripe orange: juicy, sweet and friendly.<\/p>\n

It works beautifully on its own and even better as the base of a blend \u2013 with woody oils for autumn evenings or with spices during the festive season.<\/p>\n

How to use<\/h3>\n

  • Ultrasonic diffuser: 3\u20135 drops per 100 ml of water (about 10\u201315 drops for a 300\u2013400 ml tank).<\/li>\n
  • Waterless nebuliser: pour the oil into the device\u2019s own 10 ml bottle and screw it on.<\/li>\n
  • Scented stones, wooden beads or ceramics: 2\u20133 drops, top up as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Do not apply the oil to the skin and do not swallow it. Air the room from time to time during use. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dark place, out of reach of children and pets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Is this sweet orange oil really 100% natural essential oil?<\/p>\n

    Yes. The bottle contains only essential oil obtained from the plant, with no added carrier oils, alcohol or synthetic fragrances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    How many drops should I put in the diffuser?<\/p>\n

    For an ultrasonic diffuser, 3\u20135 drops per 100 ml of water is enough. Start with less and increase as needed, as essential oils have an intense scent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Can I apply the oil directly to my skin?<\/p>\n

    No. Essential oils are highly concentrated and can irritate the skin or cause an allergic reaction. This product is intended for scenting rooms and is not a cosmetic product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Which oils does sweet orange blend well with?<\/p>\n

    Sweet orange goes with every oil in our range, but pairs best with Virginia cedarwood, frankincense, bergamot and lemongrass. For a warm autumn scent, try 3 drops of orange and 2 drops of cedarwood.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Keep the bottle out of reach of children and animals. Do not use the diffuser in a room where a baby is sleeping, and always let pets move to an unscented room. Cats are particularly sensitive to essential oils.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Why does the bottle have a child-resistant cap?<\/p>\n

    The oil is classified as hazardous if swallowed (H304), so by law we fill it in bottles with a child-resistant cap and a tactile warning for the visually impaired.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
